ABOUT THE SPEAKER
Deb Parcell serves as the Community Preservation Specialist for Indiana Landmarks’ Northern Regional Office in South Bend. With a background in history and architectural preservation, Deb has worked extensively to safeguard Indiana’s historic landmarks.
