The amazing Festival of Lights by the MC Parks & Recreation Dept. will begin with the Festival of Lights parade through the Uptown Arts District on Franklin St. The celebration continues downtown with a chili cook-off and much more.
Michigan City’s annual celebration for St. Patrick’s Day along Franklin Street in the Uptown Arts District with floats, bands and much more. Parade starts at 1pm and runs from 9th St north to 4th St.
