About the Event
Join us at Lubeznik Center For the Arts on Friday, November 7 from 5-8 PM (Central), for the opening reception of the new exhibition “LIT!” Enjoy an evening out featuring spectacular art, hors d’oeuvres, a cash bar and chance to meet the curator of the exhibit.
The artists featured in LIT! use site-specific works that challenge viewers’ sense of space and place using light, color and material experimentation. Both Maria Burundarena and Luftwerk create ephemeral, site-responsive works that explore the phenomena of color and light in relation to architecture, nature, data and historical or political contexts.
