Got questions about keeping your plants pruned?
Learn all about pruning hedges, shrubs, and bushes on Saturday, April 19th at 10:30AM CDT at Friendship Botanic Gardens.
Join us for a workshop taught by experienced professional gardeners Janice Casper and Joyce Thomason. Thomason is the lead estate gardener for Hamstra Gardens in Wheatfield, IN. This workshop will include a talk on basic pruning techniques, what to look for when pruning, when to prune, tools needed, and safety issues when pruning. This will be followed by pruning of select on-site trees and shrubs. The registration fee is $10 per person.
