Dispatch and Guest Services Concierge:
The Dispatch and Guest Services Concierge is a vital role within our organization. You are our guest’s first point of contact as we book rides and private events. You’ll coordinate with our drivers and team to dispatch rides for our guests. This role is about smooth operation and bringing a joyful customer experience to our guests and the JOYRide team.
Behind every incredible journey is a master coordinator. Our ideal dispatcher will:
- Orchestrate seamless logistics for our guest’s bookings
- Support our drivers with resourceful problem-solving
- Transform customer service into customer delight

Event Coordinator:
The Event Coordinator role is all about planning and delivering memorable moments for our guests and community. JOYRide’s mission is to make people smile and to spread joy. You’ll be responsible for planning and executing all of our events, both public and private.
As our Event Coordinator, You will:
- Lead all communications for both private and public events ensuring smooth operations for our guests and the JOYRide team. Ensure that all applications, permits and needed documentation are complete for JOYRide to operate at public events such as parades, festivals, etc.
- Coordinate and have ownership of all details for private events, including private hire events and weddings.
