JOYDrivers must have a positive, welcoming attitude and be dedicated to providing excellent customer service. An outgoing personality is important too, as you’ll be getting a lot of attention driving our eye-catching pedi-cabs around town.

Knowledge of Michigan City’s attractions, points of interest and businesses is a big plus for applicants as well. Employees will be trained on operating the pedi-cab, as well as for JOYRide’s specialized tours but promoting Michigan City is part of the job.

We provide short-fare rides, art and history tours of Michigan City, and other event transportation, we are currently seeking Electric Pedicab Drivers aka JOYDrivers!

Event Coordinator

The Event Coordinator is responsible for planning and executing JOYRide’s presence at public and private events.

Dispatch and Guest Services Concierge

The Dispatch and Guest Services Concierge is the first point of contact for guests and plays a critical role in ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
